Cons: There’s no day by day meal plans, which means you’ll have to pay for a week supply. You only get 4 meals a day; breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack or dessert. So you’ll basically be eating 3 meals and 1 snack/dessert. Overall you get weight loss, but it is possible for your body to plateau if you’re on the same calorie intake for a long period of time. Unfortunately, the older we get the less elasticity we have in our skin. There are several foods out there that can help, like Omega 3s found in fish and flaxseed are perfect sources. Cellulite is fat and to effectively lose it and tone your body, you’ll have to build your muscle mass. You should have a diet higher in protein and low in carbs and fat. Plus drink at least 8 cups of water but aim for 10 daily, because water metabolize fat.
