Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Review
The Product Goal:
This e-book is described as the “fat loss Bible” due to its lengthy 341 pages of information about the science of health and
fitness. It breaks down the food intake, exercises, and the building blocks of losing weight and fat. The goal of this program is to burn fat, while building muscle without losing water and lean body mass. Tom Venuto created this e-book for everyone and you don’t have to be a bodybuilder to use it.
Pros:
The e-book is straight forward. There’s no pitch or any endorsements. It’s not about starvation or dieting. It’s about creating a lifestyle on healthy nutrition. You’re provided the different ways to lose weight with insightful knowledge on eating healthy and fitness. You’ll feel like an expert by the time you finish reading this e-book. That’s how much information is thrown at you.
You’ll be able to calculate your own calorie, carbohydrate, protein and fat daily intake. You’re given workout and meal plan examples. Plus you’ll get an extensive list of alternative food choices. This program will get you on the right track and will carry you through the very end.
Cons:
First, it’s the 341 pages of information. It can be a little overwhelming and sometimes people just want short and sweet information on what to do, so they can see the results. If you’re that type of person, then this may not be what you want.
Second, if you are one those people that has used a lot of weight loss programs some information will seem repetitive. For instance, writing your goals, having a food journal, and measuring your food, etc. But the good news is that this e-book is filled with more current and even new information that’s not commonly out there, like calorie shifting.
Is It Worth It?
Commitment is the key! If you want a quick fix then this is not for you. You have to stay committed to this program because it practices overall healthy nutrition and exercise. It was created for you to work. If you put in the work then you’ll lose the weight, become toned and healthier.

I think that the best protein powder is Premium Whey Protein. But I only take I scoop before I work out. It tastes great and helps me gain muscle and loose fat.
They are a lot of protein powders out there. Picking them depends on your diet. I recommend those that are looking for organic products and those calorie conscious should use Now Food Products. Others can use GNC Whey Gold Standard and the Amplified Wheybolic is great. I prefer some kind of protein supplement for my workouts which Whey protein would be best and another supplement as a snack for any part of the day like Muscle Milk.
Hope this helps!!
