1 cup of broccoli or cabbage,

Day 3:
Breakfast:

5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz. (slice) cheddar cheese
1 apple

1 hard boiled egg

Dinner:

1 cup of cauliflower
1 cup of melon

Cottage cheese can be substituted for tuna, an orange can be substituted for grapefruit, and frozen yogurt can replace the ice cream, and as much lemon, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as wanted.
